COCBA CHANGES ITS DIRECTION FOR 2008
Pastors, Members and Friends;
At the Board of Directors Meeting on March 11th the Board decided to change our monthly meetings from a breakfast to a luncheon. Beginning on May 13th from 11:45am to 1PM we will be meeting at the Bend Country Club for lunch with different speakers. We will continue these luncheons on the Second Tuesday of every month. Our Vision and Mission statements remain unchanged. Our intent is to service through a positive outreach to our business community and its employee base. We seek to work with churches and members to get the meeting notices out. Your support is appreciated
Vision Statement
To engage & encourage the Christian Business Community of Central Oregon by supporting their daily walk with Jesus Christ in their professional lives.
Mission Statement
COCBA desires to be the clearing house for the Christian Business Community, by providing monthly educational support and needs for their faith in Jesus Christ as a professional.
COCBA wants to thank Christian Life Center for the past year and a half of allowing us to have our morning meetings at their church. John Bluebaugh and the entire staff are to be commended for their terrific outreach to the business community. We also would like to thank Beth Valentine for her ministry of providing our breakfasts. Well done Beth.
We also will have another Profile of Champions event in August at the Bend Country Club. We also are working with Stephen Hill to return to Central Oregon in late August. Our intent is to direct our other events to being specific in nature to the needs of our business community
