"The Challenges of Public Sector Leadership." Chief Ron Roberts has been there, and says it is a humbling and challenging experience.

Chief Ron Roberts says:  "I have been much more successful when I put the decisions in God's hands and let him guide me to where he can use me best."

Coming to Redmond in May of 2007, Ron has 22 years of experience in all areas of law enforecement.  He has a BS in Criminal Justice, is a graduate of the DEA Drug Comander School in Louisville, Kentucky.  He is married with 6 children and a strong believer and credits his faith as the true reason he is able to seerve as a police chief.
