What Will You Learn?
Characteristics of Great Leaders
Dave lays the foundation for the entire day by explaining the important distinction between the traditional leadership model and the EntreLeader model. He explains what it takes to be a great leader and a great entrepreneur.
Leading with Goals
You will learn to harness the power of creating and sustaining a goal-driven organization and gain practical tools to execute your goals in a way that is specific and measurable. Dave will provide a step-by-step process he has used to take his team from one person to more than 300 people. This is the same process that helped his company go from a startup to being one of the "Best Places to Work in Nashville" five straight years and counting.
Financial Peace for the EntreLeader
Dave has taught millions of people how to achieve Financial Peace in their personal lives, and he uses the same biblical principles to run his business. There are, of course, many more variables in business than in a personal budget. While the principles don’t change, the processes might.
Team Math—Adding & Subtracting
Hiring champion team members is a key to the growth of any healthy organization. Many hires are made out of desperation, which leads to hiring the wrong people. Dave will also show you how to handle the difficult process of removing a team member.
Making the Call
In this final lesson, Dave will empower you to introduce these principles into your work culture and personal leadership style.

EntreLeadership: What is it?
EntreLeadership 1-Day is a full day of business and leadership training taught by radio show host and best-selling author Dave Ramsey. EntreLeadership combines the innovative spirit of an entrepreneur with the passion and drive of a leader. Since opening the doors of his company, Dave has made it a priority to train, mentor and refine his entire team, from senior leaders to brand new hires. The EntreLeadership principles have been at the foundation of his training process since day one.
What is a Simulcast?
While Dave is teaching live in Dallas, we will broadcast the event to our host locations across the country. At each of those locations, our hosts will broadcast the video on a large screen for the attendees at their location.
