COCBA meets the second Thursday of each month at Jake's Diner for Breakfast.   

The meetings starts at 6:45 am, with a buffet breakfast served at 6:30 am (with a minimum number of RSVPs in advance).  The meeting includes a topical speaker and concludes at 7:45 am.  $10 at the door includes the buffet breakfast, and you can attend the meeting without breakfast or take care of your own for $3.
